The monastery of Kalamaria receives the relic of Saint Pantaleimon's wonderworking icon from the historic Holy Monastery of Panagia Panachrantostranslated

On Friday, October 2, at 7:30 p.m., in the Holy Church of Saint Pantaleimon of Kalamaria, there will be an official reception of the myron-blessing and wonderworking relic of Saint Great Martyr Pantaleimon of Iamatic, from the historic Holy Monastery of Panagia Panachrantos. The relic of the Caravas will be received by its head and faithful parishioners, the Very Reverend Metropolitan of New Krina and Kalamaria, His Grace Justin. Immediately after the reception, there will follow a Hierarchical Vigil.

The wonderworking icon of the Caravas will remain in the Holy Church for spiritual support, blessing, and consecration until Sunday, October 11.

Daily Divine Liturgies and Hierarchical Services are scheduled.

The Holy Church will be open daily from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
