Ortodoxní skautský tábor v klášteře Saint George Al-Khumeira v Sýriipřeloženo

With the blessing of His Beatitude Patriarch of Antioch, Mr. John I and in the presence of the Reverend Bishop of Seleucia, Mr. Romanos, this year's 2nd General Camp of the Association of Orthodox Scouts began at the Historic Patriarchal Monastery of Agios Georgios Al-Humeira, in the Valley of the Christians in Syria. About 400 members from the groups of the Orthodox Scouting systems of Damascus and its wider region participate in the camp and it will last until September 21, 2026.

Ve svém zahajovacím projevu biskup ze Seleucie pan Romanos zdůraznil důležitost porozumění pravoslavné skautské linii a kořenům, které sahají až do roku 1912, čímž se toto hnutí stalo prvním svého druhu v Sýrii.

Srdečně přivítal také vedoucí tábora, vedoucí všech skautských oddílů a hosty.
