Porfirios de Serbia a cadetes militares: "La fe no es una hazaña heroica"traducido

El día de la fiesta de los Santos Apóstoles Pedro y Pablo, el domingo 12 de julio de 2026, el Patriarca de Serbia, Sr. Porfirios, celebró la Divina Liturgia en la Santa Iglesia de Agios Savvas en Vratsar, con la participación orante de los cadetes de la Academia Militar y de la Academia Médica Militar. En concreto, a la Divina Liturgia asistieron los cadetes graduados de la promoción 147 de la Academia Militar y de la promoción 12 de la Facultad de Medicina de la Academia Médica Militar y recibieron la bendición de Su Beatitud.

Después de leer el pasaje evangélico sobre la curación del paralítico, el Patriarca de Serbia subrayó en su discurso que "la fe no es una hazaña personal de ninguno de nosotros individualmente, ni una garantía de que seremos amados por Dios y de que nos reconocerá como sus hijos. Nuestra fe es salvadora, nuestra fe es curativa, porque es la fe de la Iglesia, porque es la fe de la comunidad. Nadie puede decir que se basta a sí mismo y cada uno necesita el apoyo del prójimo, como nos recuerda el santo apóstol Pablo". cuando dice: "Soportad las cargas unos de otros".
