Beginning of the "Wisdom of God" festival in Sofiatranslated

On November 1 – the Day of the National Illuminators of Bulgaria – the official opening of the fifth edition of the Orthodox festival "Wisdom of God" took place in the historical Church of Hagia Sophia in Sofia. The event, which took place, began with the blessing of His Beatitude the Patriarch of Bulgaria, Mr. Daniel. Among those present was the Most Reverend Bishop of Branitsi Mr. Ioannis.

The first of the three days of the festival was devoted to spiritual literature. After the hymns performed by the choir, under the direction of Dimitris Stoyannov, a discussion began on "Day of national luminaries - presentation of new books". During the festival, numerous Orthodox books from various publishing houses are presented and sold in the Holy Church.

The next two days of the program will be devoted to spiritual culture and education, while the discussions after 18:30 will have the topics, respectively, "Blessed labor - man as co-creator" and "How to become an illuminator".
