First day of work of the 10th Priestly Conference of I.M. Kalamariatranslated

On Monday, November 2nd, 1026, the opening of the 10th Eniausian Priestly Conference of the Holy Metropolis of Nea Krini and Kalamaria took place. Before the start of the Conference, in the Holy Cathedral of Saint Nikolaos Kalamaria, the Orthros and the High Priestly Divine Liturgy were celebrated, officiated by the local Pastor, the Reverend Metropolitan of Nea Krini and Kalamaria, Mr. Ioustinos, with the concelebration of almost all the Priests and Deacons of the Metropolis.

Then, in the main hall of the Prokopio Polydynamic Ecclesiastical Center, the solemn opening of the work of the Conference took place.

First, the messages of the A.Th.P., the Ecumenical Patriarch etc. were read. Bartholomew, from His representative, His Eminence Metropolitan of Kassandria Mr. Nikodimos, His Beatitude Archbishop of Athens of all Greece and the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, from the Synod member, His Eminence Metropolitan of Berea, Naoussa and Campania Mr. Panteleimon, as well as the Holy Community of Mount Athos.

A greeting was also addressed by the current Dean of the Theological School of Athens, His Eminence Protopresbyter Fr. Athanasios Gikas.
