On the morning of Friday, September 11, 2026, on the occasion of the start of the new school year, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Floris, Prespa and Eordaia, Mr. Irenaios, visited the Primary and Secondary Education units and performed the customary Consecration. Initially, the Metropolitan went to the school complex of Primary Schools and Kindergartens in the center of the city of Florina and then to the Experimental Gymnasium of Florina and the Music School of Amyntaio.

In the afternoon of the same day, he also performed the Sanctification at the Vespers EPAL.

In each school unit, our Pastor wished health and strength to the students and teachers, as well as patience and support to the parents.

The services were attended by representatives of the local authorities and agencies of the region.
