First Divine Liturgy at the Holy Chapel of the house of Saint Paisios in Konitsatranslated

The feast of Saints Artemios and Gerasimos of Kefallini was celebrated with solemnity and reverence in the Holy Chapel under construction, inside the house of the Holy and God-bearing Father Paisios of Agioreitos, in Konitsa. The first Divine Liturgy was celebrated by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Dryinoupolis, Pogonianis and Konitsi, Mr. Alexios, in the presence of a multitude of clergy and believers, who flooded the Saint's home, participating in this historic moment.

In his closing speech, His Eminence referred to the special blessing of the first Divine Liturgy in this sacred space and emphasized that the Chapel will be operated regularly, so that the house of Agios Paisios is a place of prayer, worship and spiritual support for the faithful.
