After legal documentation the final decisions for the election of Assistant Bishopstranslated

In addition to the pending issue with the case of the election and ordination of Bishop Asterios and its solution following the proposal of Archbishop Hieronymos, the Holy Synod of the Hierarchy of the Church of Greece, during the last day of the meeting, also dealt with the issue of the election of Assistant Bishops, as was announced by the Agenda.  For this matter, it was unanimously decided that the Synodal Committee on Doctrinal and Legal Issues should examine the issue from a legal point of view and submit a documented recommendation to the Holy Synod of the Hierarchy of the Church of Greece so that the final decisions can be made.
