The Holy Congregation of the Annunciation of the Theotokos Ormylia at the "Gastronomos" Quality Awards 2026translated

In the context of a brilliant anniversary event to complete 20 years of presence and offering of "Gastronomos" magazine, this year's awarding of the Quality Awards 2026 took place. The festive atmosphere, with the 13 awards in total, and the large chef's table, highlighted once again the ethos, dedication and love for the land of the people in the agri-food sector in Greece. Among the honorees of the evening, the OLIVE AND TRADITIONAL PRODUCTS PRODUCTION AWARD was awarded to the Holy Congregation of the Annunciation of the Theotokos in Ormylia, Halkidiki, as a small tribute to the theophilic ministry, the spiritual consistency and the unparalleled quality of the fruits produced by the true monastic life.

The award was received on behalf of the Holy Monastery by Mrs. Ioula Vourli. Mrs. Vourli, with many years of experience in experiential agencies in London, specializes in the design of human-centered and narrative spaces, and in collaboration with the brotherhood she undertook the design and curation of the store based in Athens, contributing to the "translation" of the essence of the monastery into a modern experience in the urban landscape.
