The established Consecration for the start of the new school year was held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the Athonias Ecclesiastical Academy, in the presence of the Primate Elder George Hieromonk Vatopaidinos and the other members of the Holy Episcopate G. Tarasios Koutloumousianou, G. Iosif Karakalinou and G. Theofanous Stavronikitianou, members of the Holy Community, members of the School Tax Administration G. Theophanos Stavronikitianou and G. Sisoi Xenofontinou, the Political Governor of Mount Athos, Mr. Alcibiades Stefanis and representatives of the public services of Mount Athos.

The Consecration was also attended by Elder Nektarios, the Righteous of the Skete of Agios Andreas, Saint Fathers, the Director of the Athonia Church Academy, Mr. Georgios Metallidis, the Director of the Boarding School, Mr. Antonios Vletsis, as well as the teachers and students of the School.

After the end of the Consecration, a Table was placed, during which greetings were addressed by the Primate of Mount Athos, Elder George Vatopaidinos, the Political Governor Mr. Alkiviadis Stefanis, as well as the Director of Athoniada Mr. George Metallidis.…
