Free concession of premises from the Holy Dormition Monastery to the Municipality of Pentelitranslated

Another important cooperation initiative between the Municipality of Penteli and the Holy Dormition Monastery of Penteli was sealed with the signing of a contract for the free grant of two individual plots of land to the Municipality. The contract was signed by the Mayor of Penteli, Natassa Kosmopoulou, and the Dean of the Dormition Monastery of Penteli, Metropolitan of Thermopylae, Mr. Ioannis.

The first concession concerns an area around the Holy Church of the Holy Trinity, while the second concerns an area which is already used as a vehicle park of the Municipality of Penteli, as well as for the parking and accommodation of the vehicles of the Volunteer Fire Department. Other operational and operational activities of the Municipality are also supported in the same area.

The concession is made free of charge, effectively strengthening the infrastructure and capabilities of the Municipality, especially in the critical areas of Civil Protection, fire safety and operational preparedness, but also for social, cultural and general actions that are in the sphere of the development of the municipality.
