Metropolitan Nikolaos of Mesogaia at the Commemoration event for the Macedonian Struggletranslated

On Tuesday 06 October 2026, in the presence of the Chief of the General Staff of the Army Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, a Memorial event for the Macedonian Struggle was held in the auditorium of the War Museum of Athens, as part of the celebration of the day of the Macedonian Struggle. At the start of the event, the GES Chief addressed a greeting followed by speeches from the former Minister of Citizen Protection and Honorary GES Chief General e.a. Charalambos Lalousi, the Director of the Military Archives Service of the GES Lt. Col. (PB) Ioannis Bogris and the President of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kifissia Mrs. Vasiliki – Amalia Papadimitriou.
