The feast of the Protection always feels extra special. Nice to see Bishop Nikolaos leading the Divine Liturgy there in Germasogeia, and I hope the vespers the night before were as peaceful as they sound. Our little parish could use a few more evenings like that.

Celebration in Panioti always brings people together quietly. I liked that Archimandrite Isaac presided over the esperinos, and that Bishop Nicholas was at the main liturgy. We wish them to continue this peace in the parish.

It is good that Archbishop Nikolaos presided over the Liturgy and Archimandrite Isak celebrated the evening service. In our parish in Białystok, we always try to ensure that the Christmas Eve is peaceful, before the crowd comes to the ceremony itself. I wonder how many people came to this church in Germasogeia.

In Nizhny, October 1 is also always a big holiday, the church is full. It’s nice that in Panioti they first have a quiet evening with Archimandrite Isaac, and the very next day Vladyka Nikolai served. I wonder how many people showed up in the end? We usually have two or three hundred people come.
