Guvernatorul regional al Cretei, Stavros Arnautakis, la Bobotează Catholicosului de la Mănăstirea Koudoumastradus

Prefectul Cretei, Stavros Arnautakis, a participat la ceremonia de închidere a noii Sfinte Biserici Sfinții Parthenios și Eumenios, în istorica Mănăstire Koudoumas din sudul Heraklionului. Manifestările religioase au culminat vineri, 10 iulie 2026, ziua sărbătorii Sfinților și purtători de Dumnezeu, care sunt Noii Ctitori ai Sfintei Mănăstiri.

Mitropoliții Makarios de Gortyn și Arcadia, Kyrillos de Ierapytni și Sitia, precum și Ioakeim de Lampis, Syvritos și Sfakion au participat la Liturghia Solemnă Mare Preot, care a avut loc în noua Sfântă Biserică.

În cadrul evenimentelor, Mitropolitul de resort, precum și Starețul Mănăstirii, Arhimandritul Makarios, și-au exprimat calde mulțumiri guvernatorului regional al Cretei Stavros Arnautakis pentru contribuția generală a Regiunii Creta la biserica locală, dar și pentru sprijinul continuu pe care îl oferă mănăstirii.

What a beautiful feast day for the new church. The presence of three metropolitans together with the abbot Archimandrite Makarios must have made the liturgy feel especially solemn. Glad the Region of Crete keeps supporting the monastery like that.
