The Anavalou Monastery in Argolis celebrates the Exaltation of the Crosstranslated

The Anavalou Monastery in Argolis, dedicated to the Holy Cross, celebrates the feast of the Elevation of the Holy Cross on September 14. It is an important religious and historical monument of the region, which deserves special attention and preservation. On the eve of the feast, the vespers was celebrated by Metropolitan Artis Mr. Kallinikos with the participation of priests from the Argolis Diocese. The feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross was solemnly celebrated in Argolis. From early in the morning on the eve of the feast, in all the churches of the city of Nafplio and Argos, the faithful go to the basilicas, where the priest will distribute them after the service of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross.
