Distribution of school supplies to children of beneficiary familiestranslated

Distribution took place on Tuesday 8/9 at our Social Grocery, for 140 children of the Primary School age group, from the 80 beneficiary families, of the organization. The distribution bell rang three days earlier than the official start, which the State has set for the consecration of the new school year 2026-2027, which is Friday, September 11.

The distribution of school books is coordinated for the 5th consecutive year by the Ecclesiastical Foundation of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens. It had the blessing of the Deputy President of the organization Mr. Agathangelos, the Proto-Chancellor of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens Mr. Varnavas and the General High Priest Fr. Emmanuel Papamikroulis, as well as the unanimous approval of the Board of Directors.

The school bags were filled with notebooks, pencils, erasers, markers, crayons, etc., but also delicacies, such as chocolates, but also powders for making cream and ice cream, so that the mothers could get into the process and prepare the necessary sweets for the good of the year.
