A multitude of clergy and people in Florina were blessed to receive the historic and miraculous Holy Icon of the Holy Great Martyr Fanourios from Rhodes, on the occasion of the 114th anniversary of the liberation of the city. On the evening of Thursday, November 5, 2026, a large number of believers from Florina and Ptolemaida came to welcome and worship the Holy Icon of Agios Fanourios. in the propylaea of ​​the Holy Church of Agios Georgios Florina, due to the unstable weather conditions.
