In a special ceremony held on September 4, 2026 in the Throne Room of the Patriarchal Palace in Belgrade, the decision of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church was implemented, with which, following the proposal of His Beatitude Patriarch of Serbia Mr. Porphyrios, the general manager of the company "M-Enterijer Gradnja", Mr. Marko Ivic, he was honored with the highest distinction of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Order of Saint Savva.
Mr. Ivić is one of the Serbian businessmen who, alongside the successful course and development of his business, has demonstrated significant philanthropic and social activity. Particularly noteworthy is his generous and continuous support for the restoration and renovation of churches and other sacred places of the Serbian Church, as well as his donation to health institutions and the public health system.
At the same time, it has provided significant assistance to people who found themselves in need and lost their homes due to floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters.
