Ecumenical Patriarch: "Day and night I glorify the mighty Lord for what he generously gave to his petition"translated

"Day and night I praise the mighty Lord for what he generously gave to his supplicant, holding and guiding him in all the stages, in all the circumstances, in all the decisions of his life". This was pointed out, among others, by the Ecumenical Patriarch Mr. Bartholomew during his objection at the Dinner given last night, Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in Constantinople, by the Hierarchy of the Ecumenical Throne in collaboration with the Association for the Support of Roman Communities and Institutions (SYRKI) on the occasion of the completion of 35 years since the election of His Holiness. The Dinner was attended by Mrs. Lina Mendoni, Minister of Culture of Greece, who represented the Greek government, Hierarchs of the Ecumenical Throne, representatives of Authorities and Institutions, the President of SYRKI Mr. Georgios Papaliaris, the Presidents of the Brotherhoods of the Officials of the Throne with their members, clergy and monks.
The Ecumenical Patriarch Mr. Bartholomew addressed to everyone a greeting of honor, love and sincere thanks for their presence at this festive dinner, for the anniversary of our election to the Apostolic, Patriarchal and Ecumenical Throne of the Church of Constantinople thirty years ago...
