The new website of the recognized Orthodox University of the Congotranslated

With the start of the new academic year at the Orthodox University of the Congo, the Holy Diocese of Kinshasa is pleased to announce the launch of the new website of this unique Orthodox Academic Institution, which is under the jurisdiction of the Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa. The University operates with the blessing and paternal care of the Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria, Mr. Theodorou.

The occasion for the creation of the website was the last meeting of the Venerable Metropolitan of Kinshasa Mr. Theodosios with the teaching staff of the Theological School of the University. Among the decisions taken was to strengthen the University's extroversion and to create a website so that the Institution would have a modern online presence. The financing, the overall support, and the collection of information and the necessary material, was undertaken by the Brotherhood of Orthodox Foreign Mission, recognizing the importance and the key role of the School in spreading the missionary work and strengthening the prestige of Orthodoxy on the African continent.
