The sea-kingdom of Kalamaria once again celebrates the successes of the athletes of the rowing Clubs, which are based there (Navy Club of Kalamaria and Nautikos Omilo Thessaloniki), in the Pan-European Rowing Games, which took place in Varese, Italy. Petros Gaidatzis (gold Champion in the skiff 1x), Andreas Burgas (4th in the double skiff 2x) and Valia Lykomitrou, Christina Bourbou and Zoi Fitsiu (6th in the quadruple skiff 4x) honored the Greek colors, the city of Kalamaria, the sports clubs they belong to, and of course their parents and families.
