The celebration of the 114th anniversary of the liberation of Florinatranslated

With ecclesiastical splendor and special emotion, the 114th anniversary of the liberation of Florina from the Ottoman yoke was celebrated on Sunday, November 8, 2026, a day on which our Church also honors the Synod of the Supreme Commanders Michael and Gabriel. The center of the festive events was the Holy Church of Agios Georgios Florina, where the Orthros and the solemn Biarchial Divine Liturgy were celebrated, presided over by the Reverend Metropolitan Fthiotidos Mr. Simeon and co-celebrant by the Reverend Metropolitan Mr. Irinaios of Florina, Prespa and Eordaia.
