The group of educators-collaborators of the Holy Diocese of Neapolis and Stavroupolis, which has been supporting and ministering for 13 years the "Greek Learning" Educational Program, which is prepared by the Holy Diocese of Neapolis and Stavriopolis in collaboration with the Ecumenical Patriarchate, visited, with the blessing of His Eminence Mr. Barnabas, Constantinople, after invitation of the Venerable Metropolitan of Silivria, Mr. Maximos, to carry out an Educational Action included in the general framework of the Learning and Artistic Creation Center at the historic School of the Community of Vlagas.

The School of Vlagas operated with great success in July 2026 as a Summer Center for Learning and Artistic Creation. The periodic repetition of the program was a strong desire of the Hierarchical Superior Metropolitan Mr. Maximos, as well as the parents of the children.
