Dimitriados Ignatios: "Let us - those who love Christ - bring the message of peace to all people"translated

Watch the short video prepared by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Dimitrias and Almyros, Mr. Ignatios, for Luke 6 Sunday.

"Christ in the country of the Gadarenes. And the demons recognize Him and ask to go to the pigs and fall into the sea. The inhabitants of the Gadarenes do not want Him near them. He changed things, he brought peace and they had learned to live with violence. And the healed person asks to go with Him, because he knows that his life has changed. Christ brings peace, true peace and all that is demonic, he leaves. And he who wants peace, still loves Christ. What will be our attitude? After all, we will ask him, "Take me with you!" "Go tell what happened, people need it". That's the mission! Those of us who love Christ- bring the message of peace to all people.
