Митрополит Йероним: Той заема овакантеното място на викарий в едно село Ларисапревод

Преосвещеният митрополит на Лариса и Тирнавос, г-н Йероним, служи в неделя, 19 юли 2026 г., като обикновен свещеник в Лариса Възраждане, за да запълни овакантеното място на викария там. Преди няколко месеца почина благочестивият и добър възрожденски наместник, блажени архимандрит Яков, оставяйки селото без наместник. Негово Високопреосвещенство похвали факта, че дори и без свещеник, самите жители се грижат с голямо усърдие за своя св. храм, в резултат на което храмът „Живоприемният източник“ блести от чистота и е напълно украсен.

Голям брой вярващи присъстваха на Божествената литургия, изпълниха храма, като характерно беше присъствието на малки деца и младежи.

В своята проповед пасторът се позова на богословието на отците от Светия Четвърти вселенски събор, неговите доктрини и тяхното значение за съвременната епоха. Той призова хората да смятат православната вяра за най-ценното нещо в живота си и да я почитат, като живеят според нея.

It's nice to see the bishop step in like that and serve as a simple priest. The villagers keeping the Church of the Zoodochos Pigi so spotless even without a priest is really something. Our parish could learn from that.
