The Municipality of Limassol supports the charity work of the Holy Diocese of Limassoltranslated

In the context of the continuous support of the vulnerable groups of the city and the strengthening of the social fabric, a meeting was held between the Mayor of Limassol Mr. Yiannis Armeutis and the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Limassol Mr. Athanasios in the presence of Municipal Councilors, in the Holy Metropolis of Limassol. During the meeting, and following a unanimous decision of the Municipal Council, the Most Reverend received a financial grant from the Municipality of Limassol, amounting to €3,500, to strengthen and support the work of the parishioners carried out by the Diocese.

The Municipality of Limassol acknowledges the great and wonderful charity work of the Holy Diocese of Limassol, which stands every day on the side of hundreds of fellow citizens and especially students in need.
