With a new Decree of the Patriarch of Moscow, Metropolitan Hilarion Alfeyev remains in Russiatranslated

However, with a new Decree issued yesterday, Wednesday, July 29, 2026, the Patriarch of Moscow accepted the request of Metropolitan Hilarion and temporarily changes his place of residence again, giving him the right to remain in Russia.
