Интересно, кои точно остават без увеличение и защо дори митрополитите недоволстват? Винаги казват, че в църквата парите не са важни, а после се вдига такава шумотевица.

C’est toujours pareil : on nous dit que l’argent ne compte pas dans l’Église, et dès qu’il y a une nouvelle grille de salaires, même les métropolites grognent. Moi je me demande surtout qui sont les petits employés qui restent sans rien, les sacristains ou les chantres par exemple, eux ils n’ont pas de voix pour protester.

The sacristans and chanters are probably the ones left out again, just like Julien said. It’s funny how everyone claims money doesn’t matter in the Church until the new pay scale comes out and even the metropolitans start complaining. Maybe it’s time they fixed the lowest salaries first instead of the top ones.

Cred că sacristanii și cântăreții rămân iarăși cu nimic, exact cum zice Julien. E ușor să spui că banii nu contează în Biserică până când vine o nouă grilă de salarii și până și mitropoliții se supără. Poate ar fi cazul să mărească întâi leafa celor de jos, nu pe a ierarhilor.

Интересно го каза, Даниела. Четох, че клириците с по-ниски заплати като енорийските свещеници и някои служители в митрополиите получават увеличение, а по-високите чиновници и част от митрополитите остават на старите си. Затова и шума – все пак и те имат семейства и разходи като нас. А ти как мислиш, трябва ли да се говори по-открито за тези пари в Църквата?

Je suis d’accord avec toi sur les sacristains et les chantres, ils sont souvent les derniers servis et n’ont guère droit à la parole. Chez nous, à Strasbourg, un vieux chantre m’a dit un jour qu’il cumule encore deux petits boulots pour joindre les deux bouts après trente ans de service. C’est quand même curieux que les voix qui portent le plus dans la nef soient celles qui comptent le moins dans les tableaux de salaires.

Oui, ces petits employés comme les sacristains ou les chantres sont souvent oubliés dans ces grilles. Chez nous à Paris, j’ai vu un vieux sacristain qui continue à 72 ans parce que sa pension ne suffit pas. Les métropolites ont leur voix, eux, au moins.
