This year's Youth Camp of the Diocese of Accra has concluded: "Marriage as an Orthodox Mystery"translated

With the celebration of the High Priestly Divine Liturgy at the Holy Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul Larteh, the Annual Youth Camp 2026 ended today, Sunday, August 9, 2026, in an atmosphere of joy, thanksgiving and spiritual excitement. Our young men and women, the holy Clergy and the faithful gathered around the Holy Altar, thanking God for all the blessings he bestowed upon them during these days.

In the presence of the local leaders, the High Priestly Divine Liturgy was performed by the spiritual father and pastor of our local Church, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Accra Mr. Daniel.

At the end of the Divine Liturgy, His Holiness appointed Mr. Averkios Emmanuel Obuobisa to the rank of "Reader", for the needs of the local Community.

His Eminence's presence near the young people throughout the Camp was a special blessing and a source of encouragement for everyone. Through devotional life, catechism, discussions, activities and daily common life, the young people had the opportunity to get to know the Orthodox Faith more deeply and to understand the importance of the presence of Christ in their lives.
