Permanent Holy Synod: Handing over scholarships to students and awarding diplomas to the first graduates of SMYKtranslated

Yesterday and today, Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 September 2026, the Perpetual Holy Synod of the Church of Greece of the 170th Synodical Period convened, under the Presidency of His Beatitude the Archbishop of Athens and all Greece, Mr. Hieronymou, in its first Session for the month of September. Following the performance of the special Holy Mass at the start of the work of the Holy Synod, His Beatitude Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Mr. Ieronymos welcomed the new Members of the Permanent Holy Synod, wishing success in its work in a spirit of love and cooperation.
