The Minister of Foreign Affairs Giorgos Gerapetritis, during his visit to Toronto, met with the Greek Community and representatives of the Community of Canada, as stated in a post by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in X. During his visit to Toronto, Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis met with the Toronto Greek Community and held talks with representatives of the Hellenic Community of Canada. The Minister met with businessmen & exchanged views on the further promotion of trade & investments. He underlined the important contribution of the Community to the strengthening of the economic and cultural ties between the two countries.

According to a relevant post by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in X, this visit is part of the strengthening of relations with the Hellenic diaspora and the promotion of cooperation with the Greek communities abroad.
