Today I read the quote from St. Symeon of Thessalonica and I was quite hooked. That even she, pure and sinless, nevertheless fasted for us, that is strong. In our family, we try to stick to at least Wednesdays and Fridays without meat, but this August is always a bit stricter, especially when it comes to working in the garden.
