The Syssite of Agios Timotheus in the Diocese of Perthtranslated

The Holy Diocese of Perth has recently launched the Syssite of Agios Timotheus, a new philanthropic action, with the aim of providing substantial support to our fellow human beings facing homelessness, economic hardship and other difficult social conditions in the greater Perth area. The St Timothy's Organization is a not-for-profit and tax-recognised charity, serving the community for more than twenty years, under the patronage of the Holy Archdiocese of Australia. Since its establishment, the Foundation has sought to support individuals and families facing difficult circumstances, mainly by providing financial assistance.

Building on this long-standing philanthropic ministry, the Organization has now expanded its philanthropic work with the creation of the St. Timothy's Fellowship. Through this new initiative, volunteers from parishes throughout the Holy Diocese come together to prepare, cook and pack hot meals, which are distributed to our fellow human beings in need.
