Rethymnon: Renovation work continues on the Metropolitan Cathedraltranslated

Renovation work continues inside the Holy Metropolitan Church of the Entrances of the Most Holy Theotokos, seat of the Holy Metropolis of Rethymno and Avlopotamos, after the damages found on the roof. After the completion of the oil painting of the Church, renovation works will follow on the Chandeliers and the floors, while soon, with the funding of the Region of Crete, the external beautification works of the Holy Church will begin.

Rev. Metropolitan of Rethymno and Avlopotamos, Mr. Prodromos and the Ecclesiastical Council of the Metropolitan Cathedral warmly thank all the people of our country and especially the Region of Crete for their support and help in this emblematic project of the Holy Metropolis.
