Celebration of the beginning of the catechetical year and Family Camp in Dramatranslated

With particular vitality and massive participation of children, young people and parents, on the two days of October 10 and 11, 2026, the festive events for the start of the new catechetical year of the Holy Metropolis of Drama took place. The activities, which combined "Camping in the city" with "Family Camping", brought the authentic camping spirit to the heart of autumn. On Saturday, October 10, the courtyard of the Drama Boys Gymnasium was flooded with children's smiles. Students of all ages participated in an original "Camp in the city". The program started with joint prayer followed by church education activities, rich entertainment with amusement park games, as well as music. The day ended with the presentation of a common bank, offering the children a unique opportunity to communicate and strengthen relationships.

On Sunday, October 11, the interest shifted to the camping facilities of the Kato Nevrokopi Countryside, where the "Family Camp" took place. The day started with the traditional church service in the natural environment of the camp.
