Meal of Love in the parish of St. Basil Niamihou in Tanzaniatranslated

On Friday, August 13, 2026, the day on which our Church celebrates the rendering of the Despotic feast of the Transfiguration of the Savior, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated, with the blessing of the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Arousa, Mr. Agathonikos, in the Holy Church of Agios Vasilios in the village of Niamichos. In the Divine Liturgy, the inhabitants of the village, believers from neighboring villages that do not have a Holy Church, as well as all the students of the local school, who went to church together with their teachers, participated in the Divine Liturgy.

After the end, there was a Love Meal offered by an Anonymous donor in favor of resting Rolf.

Our poor Tanzanian brothers, simple people and full of faith, shared with joy the meal of love and felt in practice the love and care of the Church.

We sincerely thank the anonymous donor, as well as all the donors of our association, who with their love and contribution support the missionary work and offer joy and relief to those in need.
