The Holy Monastery of Timia Zoni of the Most Holy Theotokos in Lykourissi Skoutera Agrini celebratedtranslated

With the participation of a large number of believers, the Holy Monastery of the Holy Belt of the Most Holy Theotokos in Lykourissi Skoutera Agrini celebrated. Pilgrims flooded the Monastery both during the Great Vespers of the eve and on the day of the feast. The Most Reverend Metropolitan of Aetolia and Acarnania Mr. Damascinos presided at the High Priestly Divine Liturgy. The divine word was preached by the Most Reverend Protopresbyter Fr. Dimitrios Patsialos, Head of the Holy Church of Agios Dimitrios of Neapolis Agrini.

Before dismissing the Divine Liturgy, His Eminence the Metropolitan praised the faithful for their prayerful participation during Vespers and the Divine Liturgy.

At the same time, he warmly thanked the Prioress of the Holy Monastery, Osiologiatati Gerontissa Theodora, the Priests and Deacons who collaborated with him, as well as members of the Greek Byzantine Choir, who flawlessly rendered the hymns of the Orthro and the Divine Liturgy.

On the occasion of the beginning of the new church year, His Holiness invited the faithful to participate in the catechetical and charitable activities of our Local Church and wished everyone a blessed new church year...
