Lithuania: Spiritual unity workshop in Vilnius with prayers for Ukrainetranslated

On Thursday, September 17, 2026, the visit to Lithuania of His Eminence Archbishop of Helsinki and All Finland Mr. Ilias, head of a delegation of clergy of the Orthodox Church of Finland, continued in Vilnius. The focus of the second day of the visit was the solemn High Priestly Divine Liturgy at the Holy Church of the Holy Trinity in Trinapolis, Vilnius. The Holy Eucharist was presided over by co-celebrants His Eminence Archbishop of Helsinki and all Finland Mr. Ilias and His Eminence Bishop of Tamissou Mr. Panaretos, Patriarchal Exarch of Lithuania.

Clergy of the Patriarchal Exarchate of Lithuania, the priests of the Orthodox Church of Finland who accompany Archbishop Ilias, as well as clergy of the Apostolic Orthodox Church of Estonia and the Orthodox Church of Ukraine collaborated. The common celebration of the Holy Eucharist was a visible expression of the spiritual unity and fraternal society of the Orthodox from different countries and church traditions.
