The anniversary event for Bishop Rogon Iosif at the homonymous Castle was a successtranslated

An anniversary event was held on the occasion of the completion of two hundred years since the legendary Exodus of Messolonghi and the heroic death of Bishop Rogon Iosif. On Sunday morning in the Holy Dormition Church of the Castle of Rogion, a high-priestly liturgy was held by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Nicopolis and Preveza, Mr. Chrysostomos and the Theophilist Bishop of Rogion, Mr. Philotheo. During the liturgy, His Holiness Theophilastos spoke inspiringly about the heroic hierarch Joseph, and then his holy memorial service was held.

After the services, a "Memorial Event" was held in the courtyard of the church.
