The Theological School of the Holy Cross reached a purchase and sale agreement for an area of more than 100 acrestranslated

The School of Theology of the Holy Cross – Hellenic College (HCHC) announced on August 2, that it has completed the signing of an agreement for the sale of approximately 105 hectares (25.98 acres) of non-buildable land, which is part of its property. Under the agreement, the acreage will be transferred to The Trustees of Reservations, a non-profit natural and cultural heritage conservation organization, one of the oldest and most recognized organizations of its kind in the United States. In this way, the permanent protection of the area is ensured for future generations.
