With particular success and the participation of a large number of people, on Thursday, October 15, 2026, the day of the anniversary of the Ptolemais Freedmen, the conference on "Balkan Wars 1912 - 1923, The Unknown Protagonists", was held in the welcoming space of the Ptolemais Spiritual Center. The event was organized by the "Alumni of Ptolemais High School 1968" Association and the Asia Minor Association of Ptolemais "I Mikra Asia", under the auspices of the Region of Western Macedonia, the Municipality of Eordaia, the Holy Metropolis of Florina, Prespa and Eordaia and the Medical Association of Kozani.
