Event dedicated to the television series "Agios Paisios - From Waste to Heaven"translated

The Holy Metropolis of Argolis organizes a special event dedicated to the particularly beloved TV series "Agios Paisios - From Farasa to Heaven", which highlighted in a special way the life, the course and the spiritual legacy of Agios Paisios the Saint. The event will take place on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., in the forecourt of the Church of the Evangelist of Nafplion.

The scriptwriter of the series, Georgios Tsiakkas, as well as the beloved actors Christina Pavlidou, Petros Xekoukis and Despina Gatziou will participate in the event.

During the evening, the actors will share with the audience moments and experiences from the creation and filming of the series, while characteristic excerpts from the television series will be shown, which will give the attendees the opportunity to relive important moments of the life of Agios Paisios, as they were captured on the small screen.

The event will be coordinated by the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Argolis Mr. Nektarios.
