Kydonias Titos: Keď je človek blízko Bohu, stáva sa mužom láskypreložené

Včera, v stredu 1. júla 2026, sa v rovnomennom Svätom kostole mesta Chania slávnostne slávila spomienka na slávnych svätých Anargyri. Ctihodný metropolita Kydonie a Apokoronou, pán Titos, predsedal Veľkňazskej slávnostnej božskej liturgii, sprevádzanej klerikmi Svätej metropoly, za účasti mnohých zbožných kresťanov, ktorí si prišli uctiť veľkých lekárov a divotvorcov, svätých Anargyros.

Svätý kostol svätých Anargyro je jedným z najvýznamnejších historických kostolov Chanie, pretože od roku 1646 do roku 1886 bol metropolitným kostolom mesta a sídlom biskupa Kydonie. Táto farnosť v priebehu storočí vykonávala a vykonáva významnú pastoračnú, duchovnú a sociálnu prácu, ktorá je záchytným bodom cirkevného života mesta.

Jeho Svätosť vo svojej božskej reči hovorila o Božej milosti ako o jedinom pravom zdroji spásy človeka, pričom zdôraznil, že keď je človek blízko Bohu, stáva sa človekom lásky, milosrdenstva a darovania sa blížnym.
