Many free medical examinations for the residents of Anavratranslated

On the afternoon of Wednesday, September 16, the "Health Workers of Love" of the Holy Metropolis of Dimitrias and Almyros were in Anavra of Almyros, carrying out a number of free preventive medical examinations for the residents of the wider area. Dozens of doctors of various specialties, dentists and pharmacists participated in this important solidarity initiative, which is an initiative of Rev. Metropolitan Dimitriados and Mr. Ignatius Almyros and the fruit of the kind cooperation of the local Church with the health institutions of Magnesia and in particular with the Medical, Dental and Pharmaceutical Associations, who from the first moment practically support the work of offering to the rural residents.

The action in Anavra was carried out by the "Health Workers of Love" in collaboration with the Municipality of Almyros, through the "Help at Home" program.

It was the first outing of the "Health Workers of Love" after the summer season and the response of the residents of Anavra, one of the most mountainous villages of the Municipality of Almyros, was particularly great.
