The feast of Agia Marina in Thessalonikitranslated

On Thursday, July 16, the eve of the feast of Saint Marina, the Great Solemn High Priestly Vespers was celebrated in the homonymous Church of the Metropolis of Thessaloniki, in the area of Ano Toumpa. The Vespers was officiated by the Theophilus Bishop of Sinop, Mr. Ambrosios, assistant Bishop of the Most Reverend Metropolitan of France, Mr. Dimitrios and Proto-Secretary of the Holy Metropolis of France.

The Most Reverend Archbishop Lyddis Mr. Dimitrios from the Patriarchate of Jerusalem was present at the Holy Altar praying.

The divine word was preached by the Preacher of the Metropolis Fr. Konstantinos Fountoukidis.

On the day of the holiday, Friday July 17, the Solemn Hierarchical Divine Liturgy was held, in which the Theophilous Bishop of Sinopis, Mr. Ambrosios, officiated.

During the Divine Liturgy, the divine word was preached by His Holiness Theophilastos.

Before the dismissal of Vespers and the Divine Liturgy, His Holiness Theophilastos thanked Pastor Mr. Philotheos for the invitation to participate and preside over the Holy Masses.
