Meeting of the Patriarch of Moscow with the Minister of Culture of Russiatranslated

The Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Mr. Kirill had a meeting with the Minister of Culture of Russia, Olga Borisovna Lyubimova, on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

The meeting took place in the Patriarchal Apartments of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow. The meeting was also attended by the First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, Sergey Obrivalin.

During the meeting, Patriarch Kirill warmly thanked the Minister of Culture for the constructive cooperation of the ministry, under her leadership, with the Russian Orthodox Church.

As a sign of honor and blessing, the Primate of the Russian Church offered Olga Lyubimova an icon of the Virgin "Feodorovskaya", accompanied by the patriarchal blessing.
