Visit of Archimandrite Fr. Nektarios Moulatsiotis to the Metropolis of Ioannina and to the Vellas SMYKtranslated

The Prime Minister of the Holy Metropolis of Phokidos, His Eminence Archimandrite Nektarios Moulatsiotis, accompanied by the fathers of the Holy Monastery of Saint Augustine and Seraphim Trikorfos, visited the offices of the Holy Metropolis of Ioannina, where they met with the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Ioannina, Mr. Maximos, where they received his blessing and they talked about various spiritual matters. Then, with great joy and honor, the Schoolmaster and the religious students welcomed Elder Nektarios together with the fathers, Archimandrite Augustinos Syros and Archimandrite Christodoulos Kalioglou, at the Holy Monastery of Vellas (where the SMYK is based).

The Elder and the fathers worshiped in the Catholic Church of the Holy Monastery, where they were guided by the Schoolmaster. Then, he blessed the bank and addressed words of spiritual edification and paternal love to the candidate clergy, the students of the School.

His presence was a special blessing for the School and a special opportunity of spiritual reinforcement and inspiration for the future workers of the Gospel.
