On November 3, 2026, the rector of the Panteleimon Church in the city of Bataysk, Priest Evgeny Mikhailov, took part in the interregional scientific and practical festival “Thread of Time: from seniors to juniors. Culture and traditions of the peoples of Russia". The event took place at the Child Development Center - kindergarten No. 10 in the city of Bataysk.

The festival was attended by the chairman of the Bataysk City Duma Oksana Tumko, the chairman of the Territorial Election Commission of the city of Bataysk Yuri Radachinsky, the deputy head of the Education Department of the city of Bataysk Kristina Pozhidaeva, the chairman of the parent activists of the city of Bataysk, a member of the parent committee of the Rostov region Evgeny Motorin.
