Praise God, good news. I'm always glad when I hear about Saint King Vladislav, because I was once at his grave in Mileseva and I remember that silence in the church. Will there be a liturgy on Tuesday morning?

Yes, the liturgy will certainly be on Tuesday morning, as is the custom at the shrine. I too was once in Mileševo, precisely at the grave of St. Vladislav, and that silence in the church really captures you. I'll try to make it this year too if I can get away from the construction site.
