That's a weird mix-up. Using his father's name instead of his title or regular one probably explains the delay, but it's odd they didn't connect the dots sooner in a hospital. Hope the Metropolitan is doing better now.

I hope that Metropolitan Jozef is all right. That with the father's name is a typical bureaucratic matter, it happens more often in hospitals than one would expect. At least now they know who it is.

Yep, typical hospital bureaucracy. They registered him under his father's name and for 24 hours no one remembered that he was Metropolitan Josif. I hope he is stable now and the doctors get him settled quickly.
